'People should lose their rights, if they do not fulfill their responsibilities (if they don't do the right thing')
Human rights are basic entitlements for everyone, but they are linked to responsibilities we have to others. There are strong arguments for and against taking rights away when someone fails in their responsibilities. One reason people agree with the statement is that removing rights can be a just punishment that keeps society safe. For example, if a person murders someone, they have failed their responsibility to respect another person's right to life. As a result, society takes away their right to freedom by sending them to prison. This acts as a consequence for their actions and protects other people from harm, showing that responsibilities are essential for rights to work. On the other hand, many disagree because human rights are supposed to be universal, meaning they belong to everyone no matter what. If rights were removed for every small failure, like a student not doing their homework, the world would be very unfair. Furthermore, sometimes breaking the rules is the right thing to do. For instance, Rosa Parks broke the law by not giving up her seat on a bus, but she was fighting for civil rights. If her rights were taken away, it would have been a great injustice, showing that taking rights away can be dangerous. In conclusion, having considered both arguments, I mostly disagree with the statement. While consequences like prison are needed for major crimes, the idea of losing all rights for any mistake is too extreme and dangerous. Therefore, only the right to complete freedom should be removed by a fair court for the most serious crimes, while essential human rights, like the right to life and not be tortured, must always be protected for everyone.
'People should lose their rights, if they do not fulfill their responsibilities (if they don't do the right thing')
Humans rights are a law applied to most humans around the world to keep us safe. Rights go in hand to hand with responsibilities because you need to be responsible with your rights. An example of this is coming to school, you need to bring your equipment as it is your responsibility. Some people agree with the statement above because for example, if a killer was caught they would agree go to jail/prison they lose a lot of their rights. On the other hand, some people agree with the statement above due to the fact that when somebody goes to prison they loose rights but not all of them. The ones that don't get taken are the right to live, the right to food and shelter, the right to move and so on. Overall, my opinion is that people's rights can be taken away not including the right to food water and shelter, the right to move and the right to live.
'People should lose their rights, if they do not fulfill their responsibilities (if they don't do the right thing')
I agree to a certain level because it depends on what they have done. Human Rights are the basic necessities and freedoms that should belong to every person. Rights go hand in hand with responsibilities because whatever you do that is bad, you will be punished and put into prison. Then your human rights would be taken away. Some people may disagree with statement above because people might think that human rights are just there for fun. Also, before human rights existed, people were functioning perfectly. Overall, my opinion is that human rights are important to save our world from harm.
'People should lose their rights, if they do not fulfill their responsibilities (if they don't do the right thing')
Humans rights were made in 1940. Before that when there was no rights humans worked together and did not kill or steal that much because they knew it was wrong. Freedom of speak is a human right but you can't go around saying hateful comments. Freedom of speech is for saying what you believe not spreading hateful comments. So there are responsibilities.
Some people might agree with the statement because if you have killed someone you should be punished. Others think if you take a life you should pay a life and die.
My own opinion is both because if you kill someone you stay alive and your human right should be changed. You should only have food, water and freedom.
'People should lose their rights, if they do not fulfill their responsibilities (if they don't do the right thing')
Rights are the basic necessities that humans freedom that belongs to all humans anywhere in the world. Rights go in hand with responsibilities because people have to respect other people's human rights. Some people may agree with the statement above because a person might kill another person and one of the rights are the right to life and they didn't follow that right. However, some people may disagree with this statement because lets say a person does a small crime like stealing from a shop and they get arrested, it's not that big of a crime and theres a right thats called "We are all born free and equal."
'People should lose their rights, if they do not fulfill their responsibilities (if they don't do the right thing')
Human rights are the rights that were created for humans to make it fair and equal. Rights go hand in hand with responsibilitys because to have rights you need to make sure you are responsible even when it is a different situation. To start of, some people agree with the statement above due to them thinking if you are not doing the right thing, how will you know your rights. For e.g. someone was murdered some think is police catch the people their rights should be taken away (like death). On the other hand some may disagree that you should have rights whether whatever the case is. Some think that to have rights it doesn't mean you have a high case of responsibilitys. Even if someone was murdered some people think the killer/killers should still keep some of their rights. Overall, my opinion is that whether you have lots of responsibilitys or not many everyone deserves to have human rights. No matter where you are from or what your background is everyone deserves their rights.
'People should lose their rights, if they do not fulfill their responsibilities (if they don't do the right thing')
First human rights are basic needs that humans need to be educated and live a long or short life. Rights go hand-in-hand with responsibilities because for example, children have the right to be educated, and it is their responsibility to bring equipment with them. Somebody might agree with the statement above because if you have a right to something, you would mainly have to bring something with them. However, many people will disagree with this statement because you could forget one day to complete your responsibilities, such as doing your job, which you get paid for. In addition to that statement, your responsibility could be your parents giving you chores. In conclusion, my opinion is that if you do not forget their responsibility you should not lose your rights because it depends what your responsibility is. However, if your responsibility is to be a good citizen and you commet a crime, it should be taken away.
'People should lose their rights, if they do not fulfill their responsibilities (if they don't do the right thing')
Human Right a set of rights that a human should have. Some people may agree because a person might done a big crime and they was put in prison for life, thats when people can lose their right for freedome. However some people may disagree with the statement because it doesn't mean if you kill a person, you will get killed because in the U.D.H.R (Universal Delaration of Human Rights) one of the human right is The Right to Live. We all have the right to Live, and to live in freedom and safty. Overall, my opinion is that I dissagree because why should peoples rights should be taken away?
'People should lose their rights, if they do not fulfill their responsibilities (if they don't do the right thing')
Human Rights are the basic necessities and freedom. Rights go hand with responsibilities because from the 30 human rights there is responsibility we have a duty to other people, and we should protect their rights and freedoms. Some people will agree with the statement above because responsibilities and one of our rights such as No torchur torture. However, some people may disagree with the statement above because it is wrong and not a good think to do. For example Rosa Parks was arrested on the bus for not following the divers introductions on giving her seat to a whites. This might not longer happend but there was a time and also that maybe they didn't do anything wrong and only misunderstood. Overall my opinion it that no people should lose their rights, if they do not fulfill their responsibilities. But only if it was for helping someone. So saving someone if is not that they should go to prison but still can't be hurt or tortured.
'People should lose their rights, if they do not fulfill their responsibilities (if they don't do the right thing')
Human rights are certain righes that a human has to follow. Rights and responsibilitys go hand in hand because responsibilitys are something that you have to do, for example you bring your book to class thats a responsibility. Some people agree with the statement above because say you did something horrific you should get their rights taken away from them as their actions have caused some sort of problem. However some people may disagree with the statment because they feel even if the worst has happened they should be abled to keep their rights. Overall my opinion is depends on the matter there rights shoved be taken away.
'People should lose their rights, if they do not fulfill their responsibilities (if they don't do the right thing')
People may agrer with this because Human rights our the rights us humans have in order to be fair and just. Rights go hand in hand with responsibilities because without rights people won't be as responsible/careful as they are already. Some people may agree with this statement because when someone does something wrong they need to be punished, for example if a person killed someone they diserve to go to prison and lose their right to freedom. However some people may disagree with the statement because some people may have learnt their lesson the moment they made the mistake and should be granted a second chance, and they also need to be heard before making the choice of the person losing their rights or not.
'People should lose their rights, if they do not fulfill their responsibilities (if they don't do the right thing')
Human Rights are rights that people have so they could be treated better. Some people might agree with this statement because if a muderer killed someone many people belive that they should lose their life. They might say you killed a life so lose your life. Other people might think that because a person was being careless or did something against the law they should lose their rights because there is no point of giving them Rights if they can't behaviour properly. On the other hand, people might think it was a mistake so they sould give that person another chance. If someone gets a life sentance in prison, they don't lose their human rights because in prison they have a right to warmth, food and shelter. Overall, I disagree whith this statement because Human rights are rights that can't be taken away. Unless you are in prison you have the right to live and every other human right. Even if sometimes you are not responsible you still can be given a second chance. You should never lose your rights if you are not responsible.
'People should lose their rights, if they do not fulfill their responsibilities (if they don't do the right thing')
I agree with this statement because some people don't listen when they are told not to do something so they need to go to prison to reflect what they have done and so that person can see the consequences. Adding on to punishments some people kill others so they need to see what right and wrong is. I disagree because everyone has rights and if they people are put in prison doesn't make them a bad person because if someone is forced to do something that could cost them their whole life in jail is wrong. Rights are the rules that keep everything equal and one of those rules are 'the right to life' so if someone goes in jail it is going against that right. Overall, my opinion is that I agree because it shows other people there are consequences for their actions so they won't do it again.
'People should lose their rights, if they do not fulfill their responsibilities (if they don't do the right thing')
Human rights are the rules to make everyone treated fairly but not the same because for an example is someone was disabled and had to use a wheelchair and a person who is not disabled, if they were treated the same it wont be fair for the person on the wheelchair. Rights go in hand with responsibilities because for an example if you want the rights to have a home you can't just stand there and do nothing you have to be responsible and work to get shelter. Some people may agree with the statement above because if someone killed someone and the person that did it died or took life in prison their right to be free or live is gone. Some people may disagree because you cant show someone's life is wrong by taking their own.
'People should lose their rights, if they do not fulfill their responsibilities (if they don't do the right thing')
Human Rights are things that are important. If people think they keep the world right and nice but it's taken away then that's wrong. If someone did something wrong they should be punished. But not like their rights are taken away, then they're just murdering someone. The Right to have water, food and shelter, the Right to Live. If someone killed another person should the same happen to them? No, because they have rights but is there going to be one Right that will always be taken, the Right to freedom.
'People should lose their rights, if they do not fulfill their responsibilities (if they don't do the right thing')
Human rights is a citizen of a country who follows the rules. Rights go hand to hand with responsibilities because if you go you buy a house, you now have that right to eat, sleep in your house but the responsibility what comes with it is bills to continue living in the house. Some people may agree with the statement above because you can use unlimited water and thats unfair because some countries dont have clean water to drink. Some people might disagree with this statement because people don't always have money so they might not be abled to pay it and live how they was without water you have nothing to drink or bath.
'People should lose their rights, if they do not fulfill their responsibilities (if they don't do the right thing')
Human rights are a list of rights that we are entitled to have. Human rights were created around the 1940s. It all started because of a guy named "Cyrus the great!!". However eventhough we have these rights we also have to use them responsibly for eg. "freedom to move". Should some people have that right if they are harmful to others? No they shouldn't, so we need to be careful. Some people may agree with this statement because im sure nobody would just like to get hurt because someone isnt using their right correctly. And they think that prison is a good solution for when someone harms somebody. However, some people may not agree because everybody deserves to move how else could people function. Some people may struggle with certain things and cant control themself. Should people be punished with something they cant control. Overall I believe that rights should be use carefully and if your doing it in a way thats harming people, pets etc then you should have a punishment.
'People should lose their rights, if they do not fulfill their responsibilities (if they don't do the right thing')
Some people may agree with this statement because someone might be a mass murderer and got sentenced for life. Also, some people say if you take a life you give a life so that is why someone might agree with that statement. Someone might disagree with this statement because it seems a little too harsh to take all of their human rights. Say you're a child and you don't do your homework and then you get your human rights taken away. Then what? It's going to be survival of the fittest. Another example, say you have a job and you don't come in one day because you're really sick and you get your human rights taken away from you. Does that really seem fair. Overall, my opinion is that I disagree with this statement because if you do the slightest of a mess up your human rights are taken from you for the rest of your life.
'People should lose their rights, if they do not fulfill their responsibilities (if they don't do the right thing')
Human rights are based on life, education and more. However with Human rights come responsibilities. An example of this is not to take someones human rights and for a parent to accept children's right. Some people may agree with this statment as they have not fulfilled a human right, for an example taking someones right to life. Some people may think that since you took a life, your life should be taken away. But there are some little responsibilities like not taking your child to school. People may disagree with this as they belive in mistakes and misunderstanding as some people have conditions or was born to not fulfil a right so it could be taken as a misunderstanding. Overall my opinion is that everyone can make a mistake. Just because they make a mistake doesn't me they should be punished.
'People should lose their rights, if they do not fulfill their responsibilities (if they don't do the right thing')
Human Rights are things that all humans should have in life and these human rights were made in the 1940's. Rights go hand in hand with responsibilitys because if you don't have resposibility on your action your most likely not going to learn from your mistakes. Some people may agree with this statement because most people think that human Rights link with responsability but even though you do not fulfill your responsobility Rights cant get taken away from you only in positions when you are in jail, thats when you can lose your rights. However, some people may dissagree with this statement because most people think that human Rights are for some people but over all human Rights are for everyone. In this situation people may think that human Rights should be taken because of Responsibility. My overan opinion is that I dissapree because human Rights are more importun than responsibility but I also agree because if you don't have responsobility you wont learn from your mistakes.
'People should lose their rights, if they do not fulfill their responsibilities (if they don't do the right thing')
I do not agree because Human Rights are always there you might not know it but they were always there. Some people may agree with this statement but your rights cannot be taken away (they can in some circumstances). However some people may disagree with this statement because your rights are more important than your responsibilities. Because your rights have been around for a long time. Rights and responsibilities because they both are kind of rules that people have to follow. For example if I own a dog and I don't feed it then I am not following the dogs rights and my responsibilitie. Overall, my opinion is that people should not lose their rights, if they do not fulfill their responsibilitie because it is not the right to do.
'People should lose their rights, if they do not fulfill their responsibilities (if they don't do the right thing')
Human rights are when people could do everything fairly and no fairourtism. Because if people aren't responsible the human rights have to be held everything could go wrong. People may agree to the statement because responsibility is a key thing to human rights and if they didn't have responsibility's the rights wouldn't mean anything. Some may disagree because some people aren't capable of having responsibilities, and could use the rights wrongly. Overall my opinion is that people should have responsibilities because it is a key thing to life aswell as for the human rights.
'People should lose their rights, if they do not fulfill their responsibilities (if they don't do the right thing')
Some people may agree with the statement because if your not allowing yourself or others to learn properly then that right to education can be taken away because your not taking it serious. Sume people may dissagree because same might say there just kids and dant understand things as well as adult but at the same time they also have self awareness. Another example is like the right to life, a lot of people don't know what could kill them and possibly kill them. Overall I think our rights should be taken away if we misuse it and don't take responsibility from it.
'People should lose their rights, if they do not fulfill their responsibilities (if they don't do the right thing')
Some people may agree with the statement above because in some cases, people who have gone against the law and they have done something impacting their community in a negative way. For instance, murdering a person, some believe that because the person murdered someone and took away someone's elses life, it is meant, that their life should also be taken away. However, some people may disagree with this statement because, although someone has done a bad or horrific impact on the community, it does not mean that the person who has murdered someone, shall have their human rights taken away. Even if they have killed someone else. Some people might think this because people could learn from their mistakes, and they should be given another chance.
'People should lose their rights, if they do not fulfill their responsibilities (if they don't do the right thing')
Human rights are something made up like rules so we can be free to do what to do. And to speak up for your self. Rights go hand in hand with responsibilities, for example if you do something bad your freedom is gone. E.g if you kill someone then you go to prison. Some people may agree with this statement because responsibilities is your duty. Its what you choose to do either wrong or bad and if you do something bad you don't deserve like killing someone the law will take you freedom away. So you could regret it because if ther was no prison the murderer will be doing more bad stuf. However some people may disagree because there's some people who go to prison because of doing the right thing. For example Nelson Mandela he fought for Human Rights and to do that he went in prison for 27 years. Overall, my opinion I dissagree because even though we have rights to education and everything, there's some children right now who don't have any education. They hav't done anything wrong. Nelson Mandela he done nothing wrong he fought for our rights and he went in prison for 27 years. That and the law says freedom is a right.
'People should lose their rights, if they do not fulfill their responsibilities (if they don't do the right thing')
Human Rights are a set of rules that have been made to follow. These rights were made in 1946 by the UDHR and their main purpose was to reaffirm faith in fundamental human rights. A person may agree with this statement because they believe that the person that commited a crime deserves death. For example, if the person has killed someone, another person might think that if they don't die, they might carry the mindset that what they did was correct to the grave and beyond. A person might disagree with this because they believe that the person deserves a second chance and they should not be put to death. Overall, I agree with this statement and think that if the person thinks that what they have done is right, they should die.
'People should lose their rights, if they do not fulfill their responsibilities (if they don't do the right thing')
Human rights are very important and here is why, without these rights there would be chaos. Also rights go hand in hand with responsibility because as a parent one of your responsibility is actually is to stand up for your childs rights and adults also have the responsibility to learn. Imagine someone did something insanely wrong like kill someone. Some people say that they should be killed life for life but some people say they should'nt. Some people agree with this stement because if someone kills someone, you want then to die but some people disagree because even though you have killed someone you should never make it worse, so only punished. I disagree with this statement because I really dont think you should escalate the situation and kill them but I think they should be severly punished.
'People should lose their rights, if they do not fulfill their responsibilities (if they don't do the right thing')
Human rights are something that everyone has and if noone had these rights than the world would go crazy and there would be riots and wars more. Rights go hand in hand with responsibilities because they are basically the same thing. Some people may agree with the statement above because of the fact that 'if the world didn't have rights and responsibilities then the whole world will go crazy about anything'. However some people may disagree with the statement because some rights are put there for reasons some people don't understand. Overall, my opinion is that it is there for a reason and if rights and responsibilities wasn't here then everyone would go crazy all around the world.
